While some products may be free of allergenic ingredients all of our products have the chance of sharing space with other ingredients as they are all produced in the same facility.. For your own safety we recommend anyone highly allergic should take caution when consuming our products at their own risk.

How big are your pies?

Our self serve pies are 3 inches, you’ll feel great about indulging. Our larger size pies are 9 inches and can feed 7-8 people.

Are your products nut free?

While some of our products do not contain nuts our products are all made in the same facility! Please use discretion.

Should I refrigerate my product?

Our pies remain the freshest if eaten within 2 days and need to be kept frozen if not consuming. If you are receiving a shipment of our pies please put them in the refrigerator for 40 minutes or in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then Enjoy!!!

Do you make desserts for people with dietary restrictions?

We make vegan pies to satisfy our healthier conscious customers and can provide a gluten free option of the vegan pie. The gluten free version is only available in the 9 inch size.

We do catering! Imagine these awesome loaded mini pies being offered at your next event! You will be the talk of the town. Everyone’s expecting cupcakes or cookies and then you give them greatness! We cater all types of parties, business meetings, conferences and other events. Just send us your contact and information about your event to nanapies@outlook.com and we’ll be happy to help. Delivery fees apply contingent upon radius in the qualified area.

Do you deliver?

We deliver for our catering projects, but we have partnered with ubereats to deliver within the specified ubereats delivery zone. If you are located outside of that zone, NO worries go online and have them shipped right to you!

Do you ship?

Yes! We want everyone to enjoy the NANA Pies experience! We utilize Fedex 2-day ground and overnight shipping. Because we make our pies fresh, customers that live outside of the NY, MD,CT, NJ, DE, RI, and MA areas will need to use Fedex overnight shipping.

What is the shipping order minimum?

Our Shipping order minimum is $20.

What should I do once my order arrives?

Once your order arrives, first admire the beautiful packaging (we wanted that to be the beginning of your experience with us)! Then place your pies in the refrigerator for 40 minutes or in the freezer for 20 minutes and Enjoy!

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
