The products created by NANA Pies are  “out of the box” ideas formed into reality. When considering your normal pie it usually consists of traditional flavors. NANA Pies has put a unique twist on the idea of pie. We have developed a fusion of creative enhanced flavor and texture combinations. Imagine banana pudding, cheesecake, and cream pie in one fully loaded gourmet dessert!

“I grew up around cakes and desserts. I’ve been baking since I was little with my Easy Bake Oven. My godmother owned a custom cake and catering business. My mom made all kinds of desserts for everyone outside of her full time government job. It wasn’t hard to fall in love with baking watching the two of them because all you could see was love being poured into every recipe.

Through the years I began creating custom cake art and desserts for my family, friends and numerous clients as well. While being a stay at home mom of three young children, growing in different directions and baking on the side, I started battling a disease called Endometriosis in 2014 that has resulted in me having to have 6 surgeries with my most recent surgery performed in November of 2020. My life became extremely challenging but my passion for creating custom desserts continued to grow in the midst. I thought to myself, “ How can I get through this and chase my dream at the same time?” I was reminded of a scripture, Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”  and I’ve been pressing ever since.” - Mia
